Course Overview
This course is based on the content from the kickoff workshop put on by the Population Health Learning Collaborative on May 23, 2019. The content has been formatted into a series of videos, quizzes, and surveys designed to enhance the teaching quality and reshape the workshop to better fit your individual learning needs. In the post-workshop evaluation, every speaker was rated 5 out of 5 by at least half of the respondents, and some presentations had 70% of the people rate the presentations 5 out of 5!
Feel free to peruse all of the videos and quizzes, or just choose the topics pertinent to you. This is a free course, so don't hesitate to stop back and revisit any of the videos whenever you like. We hope you have an amazing educational experience! For your convenience, we put together a list of the videos included in the course with descriptions.
This course is in the process of being approved for continuing education credits (CEUs).

I tried to look at this as someone coming from a community background, and perhaps not as versed in the theories and concepts of leadership and collaboration. I think it describes the framework well, and the examples make it more concrete. If I was to want to use this, it is a "tool" but like any tool, you need to develop the skill set to use the tool appropriately. This is where I'm sure you offer more support. Bill, from the evolving Care Collaboratory activities, this seems a great use of technology, minimizing cost, adding value, but that is just my opinion. I can only imagine how much work this took.

While the context is mainly on health improvement, it's easy to see how the approach is applicable to any systems level change (e.g. education improvement, affordable housing, workforce/employment, etc.)
